Welcome to freedom ya’ll . If it fits it ships… Look what I got to eat today!! So the best and my most favorite part about #iifym is that it teaches you how to balance your nutrition. . A Big Mac doesn’t have to be bad for you. Today I planned my meals so that I needed the exact nutrition a big mac had to offer. Why? Because I wanted a fricken big mac and as long as I do it responsibly I know I can have it . I know it’s hard to grasp at first that fast food doesn’t have to be bad for you but it’s TRUE you need certain nutrients and how ever you consume them it doesn’t matter. . Yes I know my calories are a little low but it’s because today I worked 12 hrs at a desk drove for 3 hours and skipped the gym today so I’ve only burned 1819 calories by 7 PM .
